I love this recipe, but took out the sugar, garlic, olives, capers and prunes. I did add 1 chopped shallot and put it dried apricots instead. It reheats well and is the absolute perfect chicken dish to take to a potluck! NOTE: let brown on top a little bit, stir every 20 minutes or so and allow yourself an hour and a half to two hours cooking time.
