Power breakfast?


Mix chick peas, hemp seed, chopped bananas, pomegranate seeds (if you’ve got them), pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.  Seriously delicious, ridiculously good for you, conveniently portable and if you’ve got the chick peas made and pomegranate already prepped, it is very quick.

I’ve also categorized this as a supplement because it’s so good for you.
