Good snack bar with not that much sugar?

My friend Gwendolyn bought me a delicious snack bar yesterday and I was so pleased with it, I had to post about it here.  It’s called a Raw Crunch Bar.  I tried the one with organic goji berries.  It’s very good and basic, and has a lot less grams of sugar than many other snack bars that also good ingredients.  Here are the basic stats: 1 oz (28 g), 150 calories, 10 grams fat, 60 mg sodium, 130 mg potassium, 10 g carbs (3 total dietary fiber), 5 g sugars, 5 g protein, and a whopping 10% of RDA of iron and 15% of RDA of Vitamin E (which is pretty good for an unenriched bar!  Here’s the best part – soy free, gluten free, dairy free, peanut free, raw, organic  and no chemicals, isolates, concentrates or “natural flavors.”  None of that crap.  Just food ingredients.  Thanks, Gwendolyn!
